Cheltenham Twitter Art Exhibit
Hall of Fame, Cheltenham Racecourse
3rd July (2-5pm)
As we are nearing Cheltenham TAE21 even during the trying circumstances of a global pandemic we are honored to be continuing our annual tradition. We will be following all CDC guidelines. The show's opening date was scheduled for 15 May, 2021 but has been rescheduled for 3 July, 2021 2-5pm due to COVID restrictions. Following the opening, we'll have online sales of our unsold art via our shop page on our website.
Covid 19 regulations to be followed for the actual exhibition:
Below is some important information regarding your visit to ensure we are compliant with the current Government requirements for Covid 19:
Please make sure you do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have a temperature or have been in proximity to anyone with Covid 19 symptoms.
You will be required to wear a face mask while in the building and use a hand sanitizer on entry.
There will be a ticket system in place on the day where you will be given a numbered entry ticket to allow a systemised entry into the building. On arrival you will be allocated a number and we will pulse in visitors 10 at a time. (Maximum capacity in the hall is 100 people, so when this is reached we will wait for people to leave, before allowing more inside).
There is a large outdoor waiting area outside the hall so please bring an umbrella in case it is either very hot or very wet!
Sadly, we cannot supply refreshments, so please bring a drink with you.
The hall is very large and airy and the doors and windows will be left open for free ventilation. There will be a one way system in place and please maintain a safe distance from others while in the building.
Online Sales open the following week after our opening day right here on our website! Just click on our shop page.
